At Unique Smartphones as Unique as You Are, we stand behind the individuality and quality of every device we sell. If your new smartphone doesn't perfectly match your lifestyle, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the smartphone is factory reset, removed from all cloud accounts, and placed securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your unique replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
